1. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in JCA Sprouts, the early childhood dance division of Jacksonville Centre of the Arts, is completed through our online registration form. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide accurate information about the dancer, including any allergies, illnesses, or medical conditions we should be aware of. Enrollment is confirmed once registration and the sign-up fee are received.
2. Tuition & Payments
Monthly tuition is $65.00, plus a one-time $20.00 sign-up fee at registration. Tuition is billed monthly through our automatic payment (auto-draft) system using the payment method provided at sign-up. Tuition is due regardless of absences. Tuition and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Cancellation
To withdraw a dancer and stop future tuition drafts, please notify JCA Sprouts in writing (email or message through the site) before the 1st of the month. Charges already processed for the current month will not be refunded.
4. Class Policies
Classes are held at participating schools and daycares across Jacksonville. Dancers should arrive ready to participate and wear appropriate attire. JCA Sprouts may combine, reschedule, or substitute instructors for classes as needed.
5. Photo & Video Release
By enrolling, you grant JCA Sprouts and Jacksonville Centre of the Arts permission to photograph and record dancers during classes, rehearsals, and performances, and to use these images for promotional purposes, including our website and social media. If you prefer your child not be photographed, notify us in writing and we will honor your request.
6. Liability Waiver
Dance involves physical activity, and participation carries some risk of injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree that JCA Sprouts, Jacksonville Centre of the Arts, and their instructors and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during normal participation in classes, rehearsals, or performances, except in cases of negligence.
7. Communication
By registering, you agree to receive emails from JCA Sprouts about your registration, classes, schedules, and program updates. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
