When you register, we collect the information you provide: the dancer’s name and school, parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, home address, class enrollment choice, and any allergies, illnesses, or medical conditions you share so we can keep your child safe. Payment details for tuition are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
How We Use It
We use this information to manage enrollment and class rosters, process tuition payments, contact you about schedules, events, and program updates, and keep dancers safe during class. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Emails
After signing up you will receive a registration confirmation email and program emails from JCA Sprouts. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.
Photos & Media
Class and performance photos may be used for promotion as described in our Terms of Service. You may opt your child out in writing at any time.
Children’s Privacy
Accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians only. We collect information about children solely from their parent or guardian for the purpose of running our dance program.
